Open Positions:

Sales Representative

An Experienced Sales Representative will establish new open market commercial accounts, while maintaining a current portfolio.

CDL Driver – Commercial Front Load/Roll Off

A Commercial Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a front-end loading or roll off truck, and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers who reside on a designated route.

CDL Driver – Residential

A Residential Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a front-, side-, or rear-loading truck, and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers who reside on a designated route.

Sorter

The selected individual will be responsible for sorting and organizing recycled materials.  The Sorter position involves repetitive motions over the duration of an entire shift, including standing and walking, and repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.

Helper

A Helper rides on the vehicle and assists a Driver in providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers who reside on a designated residential route. The Helper is responsible for safely loading waste and poly carts, as well as carrying bags and containers to the vehicle for disposal.

Diesel Truck Mechanic – Drivers License Required

The Diesel Truck Mechanic works on diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, chassis, brakes, steering and front ends.  The Diesel Truck Mechanic also works on compressors, hydraulic, electrical systems, performs service calls for emergency breakdowns, conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment, and conducts regular preventive maintenance inspections.

CWD accepts in-person applications Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
