The Town of Little Elm offers two yearly events for residents to purge their homes of all hazardous waste, tires for recycling, electronic waste recycling, metal recycling, and document shredding recycling. These events are held in the spring and fall each year at the Public Works Service Center. You must bring a current water bill and photo identification to enter the drop site.
To service the growing number of residents with larger or more difficult items to be disposed of, the following items will not be collected until AFTER the event at our Courtesy Drop Site. The Courtesy Drop Site will open at noon promptly right after the event. These items include metal recycling, tree shredding for mulch, and bulk and brush drop-off.
