CWD will run special collection routes to recycle bagged leaves starting in December. These dates include:

December 7, 2019
December 14, 2019
January 4, 2020
January 11, 2020

The collections begin at 10 a.m. to allow additional time for residents to rake and bag leaves. CWD will also pick up and recycle Christmas trees on those special collection days in January. Just remember to remove all decorations and the tree stand. MANUFACTURED AND FLOCKED TREES WILL BE DISPOSED OF IN BULK TRASH.

To participate, residents just need to set out leaves bagged in brown paper lawn bags on the designated collection days. CWD will still collect leaves in plastic bags set out on regular garbage collection days but these will just go to the landfill. If residents set out craft bags for leaf recycling a few days early CWD will leave them for the Saturday collections. With that in mind, residents should be aware of and comply with their Homeowner Association’s policies.
