CONGRATULATIONS to Guadalupe Padilla, our 2025 Employee of the First Quarter! Guadalupe began working at CWD in 2020 as a Sorter on the 880 line. She then was given an opportunity to work at the scale house assisting drivers with tickets and traffic flow. After that, Guadalupe began working at a Line Leader. As Line Leader, she has acquired knowledge about operating the Bobcat, the Loaders, and the ASL trucks.Thank you, Guadalupe, for your commitment to excellence, and congratulations for being recognized as our employee of the first quarter!
