| A - | The recycle cart must be far enough out for the arms of the truck to grab it to collect the recycle. If it is too close to another object, over loaded, or too far away from the road it will not be collected. |

| A - | There will be an $85 replacement fee for lost or stolen carts. Residents Should mark their carts with their address. |

| Q - | The lid on my recycle cart is broken. What do I do? |
| A - | Call CWD Customer Service at 972.392.9300 option 2 to arrangement for repair or replacement. |
