Recycling is picked up weekly on your regular regular service day. All 95 gallon blue recycling carts shall be placed at curbside by 7 a.m. on designated collection days, but shall not be placed out for collection earlier than 6 p.m. prior to the day of scheduled collection. For missed service or missed service due to being out of town, please call CWD’s Customer Service (972) 392-9300 Option 2.
All 95 gallon carts shall not be stored at curbside. Carts shall be returned within 24 hours after scheduled pickup to a sight line within or adjoining the residence, or inside a storage area which is located behind the front building line of your residence.
Please place all recyclables in the cart. Recyclables outside the cart will not be serviced. The cart should be placed at the edge of the driveway & road with the lid closed and 4 feet of clearance space on either side and behind the cart.
Please place the 95 gallon cart handle facing your house and within 3 feet of the curb.
Overloaded carts will not be serviced.

Approved items for recycling. Please rinse items and place in the 95 gallon blue recycling cart.
- dry newspapers (including inserts)
- phone books, magazines, catalogs, office paper & junk mail
- plastic bottles #s 1–5 and #7
- flattened aluminum drink cans
- tin/steel cans
- empty steel aerosol cans
- unbroken glass bottles and jars
- broken down cardboard
- shredded paper (please place in paper bag to avoid scattering during collection)
All Containers Must be Rinsed.
