| A - | Please call CWD at 972.392.9300 opt. 2. There is not a cost for replacements unless the damage is caused by fire. If the damaged is caused by fire there is a replacement cost. |

| A - | You can call Customer Service and request and estimate for a special pickup, at 972.392.9300 opt 2. Estimates are free. |

| Q - | Where can I purchase the brown biodegradable bags for the yard waste program? |
| A - | The bags can be purchased at Lowes, Home Depot and most grocery stores. |
