Residents must call CWD (972.392.9300 Option 2) by noon the Friday for a Saturday collection on their scheduled week. Please see the schedule below.

Once monthly, each household may place a maximum of five (5) items out for the collection (each weighing such that 2 men and lift).
Accepted: Kitchen appliances, water heaters, washing machines, dryers, furniture, toys (must be tagged as "bulk items"), yard tools (must be tagged as "bulk items"), refrigerators (freon must be removed and certified with a tag on the appliance.)
Not Accepted: Any bags or boxes with regular household trash, construction or remodeling debris, tree limbs or trunks, yard trimmings, dead animals, fence material, and hazardous waste i.e., paint, motor oil, pool chemicals, paint
Special collection of items that do not fit into the bulk category must be arranged through CWD and are subject to an additional charge for collection.
