Greg A. Roemer - President Greg came to Dallas in 1980 as a sales representative for what was – at that time – the nation's largest waste management company. In 1984, with two employees, two trucks and zero customers, he started Community Waste Disposal, which has grown to become the largest locally owned and operated solid waste hauler in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. With approximately 7,000 waste and recycling companies in the United States, CWD consistently ranks in the top 50 each year. Greg is a past president of the Dallas Corporate Recycling Council and served on the Resource Conservation Commission at the North Central Texas Council of Governments.

Mike Wall - Commercial/Industrial Accounts Sales Manager Mike Wall has been in commercial and industrial sales for more than 10 years. He has earned "employee of the month" awards 7 times throughout his career. Mike attended East Carolina University where he majored in Business and minored in Marketing.

Robert Medigovich - Municipal Coordinator Robert Medigovich serves as the liaison between the 8 cities served by CWD, the residents of those cities and the CWD staff serving those residents. He came to CWD in 1996 afer working for the City of Lubbock from 1993 through 1995 where he implemented their residential recycling program. He has continued his dedication to recycling not only through his endeavors at CWD, but also by serving as president of the Dallas Corporate Recycling Council and  the Denton Corporate Recycling Council and as vice president of the Recycling Alliance of Texas.

Ruthie Garrett - Office Manager Ruthie joined CWD in 1997 after many years of experience in the advertising and health care industries. She received her BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Texas at Austin.

Scarlett Gary - Office Building Sales Manager Scarlett's background includes more than 15 years in the commercial property management industry, 12 of which were with Prentiss Properties. She received her BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is fluent in Spanish. Scarlett is offering the widest selection of waste and recycling programs available.

Susan Holley - Apartment Sales Manager Susan has been affiliated with CWD for over 20 years as its Apartment Accounts Manager. She has been a member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas for 18 years. Holley has also been on the Products and Services Council for many years. She has served as a board member of the Community Associations Institute and is an active participant in various apartment crime watch associations.
