In partnership with the City of Ovilla, Community Waste Disposal provides a comprehensive program for all refuse and recycling needs.
Trash may be put out in customer owned trash containers that are no more than 33 gallons and weigh less than 50 pounds when filled. Residents may also use plastic bags or other Disposable containers.
Tied and Bundled brush that does not exceed 4 foot lengths or weigh more than 50 pounds will be collected on resident's trash day.
Extra collections, or collections for larger amounts are available for a fee.

Carts are to be at curbside by 7 am with lid completely closed, handle
Facing residence, and placed at least 3 feet from any obstruction.

Residents are limited to 4 cubic yards of brush and bulk per
Month.

For commercial & industrial customers we have several equipment
options available:
- Rear-load containers – 2, 3, 4, or 6 yard cans
Service available once or twice per week on Wednesdays & Saturdays
- Open top containers – 30 yard open tops available for permanent or
temporary service.
- Compactors – 35 yard self contained and 2 yard stationary with 40 yard
Receiving boxes are available.

Why would my recycle not be service? |

The recycle cart must be far enough out for the arms of the truck to grab it to collect the recycle. If it is too close to another object, over loaded, or too far away from the road it will not be collected. |

There will be an $85 replacement fee for lost or stolen carts. Residents Should mark their carts with their address. |
