Community Waste Disposal

In cooperation with the City of Frisco, CWD provides a full complement of services to Frisco residents:

Services Include:

Once a week collection.
Fully automated service (driver does not leave truck).
One 95 gallon cart provided, per single family household.

Service Guidelines:

Roll out for collection by 7 a.m.
Carts should not be placed together. Space at least 3 feet apart.


Examples of how your carts should be set out

Must be at least 4 feet away from obstacles such as gas meters, fencing, utility boxes/poles.
All trash must be inside the cart – items outside will not be collected.
Contents should be bagged and lids closed.
Overloading cart will result in non-collection.

Effective March 1, 2009 NTMWD’s Custer Road Transfer Station WILL NO LONGER accept white metals (appliances). Residents can still take appliances to other NTMWD facilities, including:

For Your Records:
Make a note of your cart’s serial number. It will assist you in identifying your cart should it go missing. Carts are the property of Community Waste Disposal - residents will be charged for replacement carts.

Missed Collections:
Report to CWD at 972-392-9300, select option 2 (customer service).
