In cooperation with the City of Frisco, CWD provides a full complement of services to Frisco residents:
Services Include:
- Once a week collection.
- Fully automated service (driver does not leave truck).
- One 95 gallon cart provided, per single family household.
Service Guidelines:
- Roll out for collection by 7 a.m.
- Carts should not be placed together. Space at least 3 feet apart.

Examples of how your carts should be set out |
- Must be at least 4 feet away from obstacles such as gas meters, fencing, utility boxes/poles.
- All trash must be inside the cart – items outside will not be collected.
- Contents should be bagged and lids closed.
- Overloading cart will result in non-collection.

Effective March 1, 2009 NTMWD’s Custer Road Transfer Station WILL NO LONGER accept white metals (appliances). Residents can still take appliances to other NTMWD facilities, including:
- Parkway Transfer Station, 4030 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, 75093 (just west of Coit), phone: 972.596.8709
- Lookout Transfer Station, 1601 E Lookout Drive, Richardson, 75081, phone: 972.234.3247

For Your Records:
Make a note of your cart’s serial number. It will assist you in identifying your cart should it go missing. Carts are the property of Community Waste Disposal - residents will be charged for replacement carts.
Missed Collections:
Report to CWD at 972-392-9300, select option 2 (customer service).
