| A - | We can try to schedule an emergency haul for today. That is a extra fee. There are times when we are unable to comply with your request. Keep in mind that we do require a 24 hour notice on all hauls. |
| Q - | Your driver never picks up my trash early in the mornng. This makes our trash overflowing before we even get there. What can we do to make him pick up earlier? |
| A - | There is not a specific time for any pick up. It sounds as though there may be an issue with the volume of trash. You may want to consider a service increase. |
| Q - | I live in an apartment complex. What is the earliest CWD can come and get the trash? |
| A - | The earliest trash can be picked up in a residential area is 7:00am. |
| Q - | My refrigerator/freezer was not picked up on my bulky waste day. Why not? |
| A - | All items that contain freon have to be tagged by a licensed professional that it is freon free. You can call any appliance repair person and they will do this for a nominal fee. |
| Q - | I have a lot of trash in my cart but they did not pick it up. Why? |
| A - | The lid must be completely closed for pick up. |
| Q - | Why are my boxes still here? I broke them down. |
| A - | They have to be not only broken down flat but also bundled and tied. |
| Q - | What time does my trash/recycle need to be out? |
| A - | 7:00am no matter what city. |
